These terms apply to use of our website and its enquiry, booking and referral forms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Using our website does not, by itself, give consent to collect sensitive information or send marketing.

Website content provides general information about Abloom and our services. It is not individual medical, clinical, legal or NDIS funding advice. We take reasonable care with content, but service details and availability may change. Please contact us to confirm information relevant to your circumstances.

Bookings enquiries and referrals
Submitting a form allows us to review your request and contact the nominated person about next steps. A submission does not establish a service agreement, reserve a placement or guarantee support. Any offer depends on an individual assessment, our capability and availability, and agreed arrangements. Fees, cancellation arrangements and service responsibilities are addressed in a separate service agreement.

Information and communication
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and tell us if important details change. Only submit another person’s information with their permission or another lawful basis. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious software or information you are not entitled to share. Tell us if a contact method is unsafe or unsuitable, or you need communication adjustments. Marketing subscriptions are optional and separate from booking and referral communications.

Urgent assistance
Our website and forms are not emergency services. Do not rely on a submission for an immediate response. If someone is in immediate danger or needs emergency assistance, call 000.

Website content belongs to Abloom or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may view, download or print it for personal information or to help someone consider our services.
