I just signed... the request to review decision documents for NDIS and yeah there were some good things in there to move forward and I really appreciate the the letter that you guys put forward about my mental health and the extreme fatigue, burn out and the fact that yes, I am waking up to (the participant) at least 2 or 3 times a night if not often more and using a slip sheet to move her around in bed so I appreciate your efforts there because I feel it's going to help raise awareness to what I actually do as a carer for (the participant) ...I think things are just getting missed and that's what's happened since we've been with NDIS...

I am really really happy and really really feel supported...I'm just really grateful for you both. I just wanted to let you know that. And there's a bit of emotion there because it felt as if things weren't getting heard or said or understood....it just doesn't feel that depth that I require and the understanding that you both have about (the participant) and you made them aware and made an effort with. Thank you, it's a nice feeling and it's something that I've needed since moving here from New Zealand as I have no family support here so it makes it even harder doing it all on my own.

Hi Kahui and your organisation. I just want to reach out and thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming into our lives. I have had so many coordinators who have been crap. You are so proactive and you have changed our lives. I actually thank God every day for you. You go over and above.
