The service changes. The way we think about care does not
Every Abloom service is guided by the Safety to Stay™ Framework. On this page, the important part is what that means in practice:
- we understand the person before designing the support
- we assess suitability before making commitments
- we match people deliberately rather than relying on whoever is available
- we consider the environment and relationships as part of care
- we communicate early and work with the wider support network
- we review and adjust support as needs change
The aim is not to remove every challenge. It is to build support with stronger foundations for safety, dignity, continuity and sustainable care.
Not Sure Which Service Fits?
Start with the person, not the label
Support needs do not always sit neatly inside one category. A participant may need SIL alongside substantial daily support, or a transition may involve several parts of the care network at once. The first step is understanding the person’s current situation and what needs to be in place for support to work well.
