Complex Assistance With Daily Living
When someone needs substantial support across the day, consistency matters as much as the tasks themselves
Complex Assistance with Daily Living is for people who need 6 hours or more of support per day and whose daily care requires more than a standard task-based approach. Support is shaped around the person’s routines, communication, personal care, regulation, relationships and changing needs across the day.

This may be a good fit if
- the participant needs 6 hours or more of support per day
- personal care or daily routines require consistent, capable support
- communication, regulation or behavioural needs influence how support should be delivered
- frequent staff changes or inconsistent approaches are creating unnecessary disruption
- the participant needs a stable team that can respond thoughtfully as needs change across the day
What we focus on
Dignity, consistency, trusted relationships and practical support that fits the person’s life rather than reducing the day to a list of care tasks.
